The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has banned the summoning of foreign coaches without permission. In this regard, the PHF wrote a letter to all the affiliated units.
According to the contents of the letter no hockey academy can call foreign coaches without the permission of PHF. Academies have no role in the constitution of HF. If an academy wants to be part of the PHF, it must first meet all the rules.
It may be recalled that at the invitation of Rana Zaheer Hockey Academy and Sports Board Punjab, Dutch coach Roland Ultmans returned home recently after spending two weeks in Lahore to coach the players.
